Dialing formatting for Mexico mobile numbers from outside of Mexico has been changed.
There is no need to insert “1” prefix between country code and area code anymore.
For example if before the formatting was +52 1 55 1234 1234 now it is +52 55 1234 1234. Mobile numbers that still include “1” prefix will no longer connect successfully.
