Meet Annie, AVT Customer Service Manager

Many of you probably know Annie already,as she and her team answer your emails and questions. Her team is the linking point between customers and technical team of AVT. She took some time and answered some of my questions about her day in AVT.

Describe your typical day in AVT?

I always look forward to my day in AVT; we have the most fun but yet extremely professional team. No day in AVT is ever the same. Our job is to constantly question, innovate and strengthen AVT apps and reach better user experience. My job is to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the application.

My day usually starts with the meeting with our technical team: we discuss customers’ experiences, new functions and the optimization of existing once.  Then I answer to customers emails. I might also have meeting with our marketing team where we discuss the customers’ feedback and suggestions, further brainstorm about their implementations.

What’s the most challenging part of your job? 

Timing is the most challenging part of my job.  I need to make sure that the problems customers experience are solved as soon as possible.  Our customers call their families, loved once; friends who live abroad, all our team always keep that in mind while solving the issues. The faster we improve the service, the sooner our customers will be able to connect with their loved ones.

What do you like most about your job in AVT?

I like that I’m constantly in direct contact with our customers. I like always being there for them, when they  have issues, and help them to connect with their families and friends.

After all AVT is all about connecting people with their families and friends abroad in the most affordable way.
